SaunaHavenCo, a brand of Ascend Nexus LLC, aims to offer competitive pricing while operating within supplier pricing structures and market conditions. Under the conditions outlined below, we offer a Price Match Guarantee on eligible products.

How the Price Match Guarantee Works

If you find the same product offered at a lower total delivered price by an eligible retailer, you may submit a price match request. If the request meets the eligibility requirements and can be verified, we will match the qualifying delivered price.

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval.

How to Request a Price Match

To submit a request:

  • Email: support@saunahavenco.com or call 1-302-302-1397
  • Provide a direct link to the competitor’s product page
  • Include the full product name and model number
  • Provide the advertised price, shipping cost, and any promotion details
  • Include a screenshot showing price and availability where possible

Requests are easiest to review before purchase. We may also review qualifying requests submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match:

  • The product must be the same brand, model, and configuration
  • The item must be new and unused with comparable manufacturer warranty coverage
  • The competitor must be a United States retailer selling directly to customers
  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
  • The comparison is based on the total delivered price, including shipping and mandatory fees
  • Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions unless confirmed in writing

Offers That Do Not Qualify

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, open-box, or display items
  • Pricing errors or listings that cannot be verified
  • Limited-quantity or time-restricted promotions
  • Bundle offers that include additional products or services
  • Prices requiring membership programs, loyalty rewards, or special financing

Verification and Approval

All requests are reviewed individually. We verify the competitor listing, product details, and pricing information before confirming a match.

If approved, we will confirm the adjusted price prior to purchase or provide a partial refund for eligible recent orders.

Additional Information

This guarantee applies only to qualifying offers that meet the conditions described above. SaunaHavenCo reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet eligibility requirements or cannot be verified.
