Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are not supported at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the specific product ordered.

Some products may qualify for free shipping. Where applicable, free shipping eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Estimated ship-out window: 5–10 business days from order confirmation

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Method

Due to the size and weight of many sauna products, orders are typically delivered via freight carriers.

  • Standard delivery is curbside only
  • Lift gate service may be included for residential deliveries where applicable
  • Inside delivery, installation, or placement is not included unless explicitly arranged in advance

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary based on location, carrier schedules, and external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for large freight shipments. This includes adequate space, safe access, and the ability to receive curbside delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

  • Check packaging and product condition before signing for the delivery
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging are required
  • Do not refuse delivery unless instructed to do so

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect the ability to process a claim.

Delays & Liability

SaunaHavenCo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or other factors outside of our control.

All delivery dates provided are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery commitments.
