Return & Refund Policy

SaunaHavenCo, a brand of Ascend Nexus LLC, aims to provide a clear and fair return process. Please review the conditions below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All original components and materials must be included
  • Item must be in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to eligible returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required.

Damaged or Defective Items

All items must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging are required to process a claim
  • Do not refuse delivery unless instructed to do so

If damage is confirmed, we will work with the carrier and/or manufacturer to resolve the issue appropriately.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Considerations

We do not automatically classify sale items as final sale. However, all return requests must still meet the standard return conditions outlined above.
