Warranty Claims
If you believe your product may qualify for warranty service, please contact us first with your order details and a description of the issue. We may help direct you to the appropriate manufacturer process and request supporting information such as photos, videos, serial numbers, or proof of purchase.
Any final warranty determination, including eligibility, repair, replacement, parts coverage, labor coverage, or exclusions, is made according to the manufacturer's policy.
Exclusions & Limitations
Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to issues caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or other conditions excluded by the manufacturer.
SaunaHavenCo is not responsible for expanding, modifying, or overriding manufacturer warranty terms.
